Simple Celebrations

This cake was designed as an anniversary gift for a guy who loves everything about music.  His wife wanted something to do with records and music, so this is what I came up with!  Chocolate layered cake, with chocolate canache filling and icing.  The music sheets are fondant, hand painted with food colouring.

Cute and simple. These Vanilla Sparkle cupcakes were topped with colourful buttercream icing and fondant to make a pretty snack for a school birthday party!
